Mariana Gutierrez

Mariana Gutierrez is a seasoned professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as a Training Specialist at Verité since April 2024. Previously, Mariana held multiple leadership roles at Fair Trade USA, including Learning Operations Manager, where coordination of training events and maintenance of course files were key responsibilities. Mariana also contributed significantly as an Instructional Designer, facilitating the production of effective eLearning courses through research and data analysis. Other notable experiences include serving as a Service Design Consultant and mentoring social entrepreneurs at Socialab. Mariana's academic background includes a Master's in Advanced Design from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and various courses in project management and digital marketing.
