Samantha Follit

Samantha Follit is a seasoned professional in the healthcare consulting sector, currently serving as Principal and Director at Oxeon Partners since July 2017, where the focus is on fostering growth in healthcare technology and services. As a member of the Leadership Team for Break into the Boardroom since September 2017, Follit contributes to increasing female representation on boards within the healthcare industry. Prior experience includes leading the Transformational Services practice at Divurgent, where Follit was instrumental in generating significant new business, and a tenure as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in organizational transformation and talent management for healthcare providers. Earlier roles include engaging with healthcare leadership at The Advisory Board Company to drive quality improvement and cost efficiency initiatives.
