Donna Bassett Burland, PHR, PHR-CA, DEI has extensive experience in human resources. Donna currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Break The Floor Productions since March 2022. Previously, they worked at Paychex, Inc. as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist from April 2005 to October 2021. Prior to that, Donna held the role of HR Coordinator at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center from 2000 to 2004.
