For more than 30 years, Russell has been CEO of numerous companies and run a portfolio of investments in theatrical film production, sports lending, film finance and lending, media buying, and television and live events. He is also a leading financier of real estate and other investments.

Russell invests in businesses with strong growth potential. He has long admired what Break The Floor brings to the dance industry across North America. As a father to a young dancer who has participated with Break the Floor for many years, he can attest to the tremendous opportunities it provides young people as they follow their dreams.

Russell believes the health and well-being of Break the Floor dancers and staff is paramount. He is committed to a culture of transparency, integrity, and professionalism.
