Michael Cooley

Michael Cooley is a dedicated basketball coach and trainer currently employed at Breakaway Basketball since November 2022, where responsibilities include assisting the head coach in instructing athletes from kindergarten to high school in basketball fundamentals, as well as developing age-appropriate drills for 5th-grade teams. Previously, Michael served as a caddie at Lagrange Country Club from May 2014 to September 2022, enhancing golfers' experiences by utilizing knowledge of the course. Additionally, Michael worked as a tennis instructor at Lagrange Field Club Corp from May 2016 to August 2017, teaching young children the game and helping older students refine their skills. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Communication at DePaul University College of Communication, with an expected graduation date in November 2024, having previously completed education at Indiana University Bloomington and Lyons Township High School District 204.
