Miranda Small has extensive experience in the field of speech-language pathology, currently serving as the Rehab Director and Speech Language Pathologist at Breaking Barriers, Therapy Services since May 2020. Prior roles include Speech Language Pathologist at KidsCare Home Health and various positions within Plano ISD, where Miranda worked from September 2014 to June 2019, including as a Student Speech Therapist. Additional experience includes roles at In Home Speech & Language, The Cashmere Sale, MBF Agency as a Temporary Nanny, and a brief clinical rotation with CLASP International, where training was provided for the first graduating class of SLPs in Zambia. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Education focusing on Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Arkansas.

Though we specialize in the pediatrics population, our skilled professionals treat all ages. When communication, skills, development, or behavior isn’t happening the way it should, we are here to help.
