Samantha Bridge-Tonner RCDP IEP is an experienced professional in employability support and career guidance, currently serving as Senior Services Manager at Breaking Barriers since May 2022. In this role, Samantha oversees operations in the North West, focusing on developing services in Liverpool and Greater Manchester while managing a team to assist displaced individuals in finding employment. Prior to this, Samantha held various roles including Senior Programme Manager and Program Manager, delivering employability programs for refugees. With a strong background in project coordination and career advice spanning over two decades at organizations such as Back on Track, Positive Steps, Careers Solutions, and Guidance Enterprises, Samantha has demonstrated expertise in supporting vulnerable clients and managing impactful employment initiatives. Samantha holds a Diploma in Careers Guidance from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
