Jessica Ridgewell is currently the Head of Corporate Partnerships at Breaking Barriers, where Jessica leads on securing new partners and building shared-value partnerships to help refugees in the UK find meaningful employment. With experience in corporate fundraising and partnerships at organizations like War Child UK, Plan International UK, Find Your Feet, and Save the Children International, Jessica has a strong background in developing strategic partnerships, managing fundraising campaigns, and supporting global initiatives. Jessica holds a Certificate in Fundraising from the Institute of Fundraising and studied Drama & English at the University of East Anglia.
