Valerie Insinna

Valerie Insinna is an experienced journalist specializing in defense and aerospace reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Reporter for Congress and the Defense Industry at Breaking Media since March 2024, Valerie has previously worked as a US Aerospace Correspondent for Reuters and covered the Air Force and Pentagon for Breaking Media. With significant experience at Defense News as an Air Warfare Reporter, and earlier roles at Defense Daily and National Defense Magazine, Valerie has consistently focused on military and defense topics. Valerie's journalism career began as a staff reporter for Tokyo Chunichi Shimbun after completing a Bachelor of Journalism degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
