Brittny Gibbs

After working as a nanny for ten years, Brittny started her career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) as a registered behavior technician (RBT). She would move into a training role and an assistant to clinic program managers. Now as an ABA recruiter, Brittny has a passion for introducing new, highly qualified candidates to the field. She enjoys connecting clients with quality technicians, and aims to reduce turnover in the industry through more thorough preparation and transparency.
