Lereca Monik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and external affairs. Currently serving as the Founding Chief External Affairs Officer at Breakthrough Collaborative, Lereca oversees development and marketing communications. As the founder of LM Philanthropy, Lereca develops and implements business strategies for small businesses and nonprofits. Previous roles include Chief External Affairs Officer at 4.0, Senior Director of Philanthropy at BakerRipley, and Managing Director of Development at OneGoal and Teach For America. Lereca holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Consumer Sciences with a Nutrition emphasis from Texas Southern University.
