Conor Hand

Conor Hand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and organizational leadership within the nonprofit and political sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and previously as a Program Manager at Breakthrough Energy since August 2020, Conor has also held significant roles including Executive Director at Resistance School and Chief of Staff to CPO & Senior State Program Director at Organizing Corps 2020. With a history of successful field operations as Regional Field Director for Bernie 2016, Conor achieved remarkable outcomes, such as exceeding volunteer recruitment goals in Pennsylvania. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
