Technical Support Engineer at Breakthrough Energy

At Breakthrough Energy, Frederick is responsible for providing support to the organization and ensuring that the technology provided works efficiently and is readily available to support organizational needs.

Prior to joining Breakthrough Energy, Frederick spent 3 years working with Manassas City Public Schools. As a Technology Support Specialist, Frederick maintained and managed the technology infrastructure and provided customer support to over 900 students, teachers, and administrative staff for Mayfield Intermediate School.

Additionally, Frederick worked as a contractor for GreenZone Solutions as a Technology Support Administrator. He oversaw, developed, managed, and maintained the IT infrastructure for the organization. He developed and established standard operating procedures and implemented a new technology ticketing system to improve the quality of services provided to the organization users.

Frederick is a native from the Dominican Republic and raised in New York. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management from Berkeley College located in New York, NY.
