Shelby Breger

Shelby Breger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and strategy across various sectors. As the Co-Founder of Conduit Tech since April 2022, Shelby focuses on driving load calculations and sales enablement for residential HVAC professionals. In addition, Shelby serves as a Breakthrough Energy Fellow and a mentor at Greentown Labs. Previous roles include Head of Finance and Operations at Via Separations, where responsibilities were held from September 2019 to March 2022, and Associate Strategy Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, contributing to strategic initiatives for financial inclusion and digital transformation in emerging markets. Earlier experiences include positions at McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, New York City Economic Development Corporation, and Bankinter. Shelby holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and additional degrees in Sociology and Economics from Stanford University.
