Justine Kane has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Justine began their career as an Account Executive at Ergo Communications from June 1999 to February 2000. Justine then worked as a Senior Account Executive at RPM Communications from February 2000 to September 2000.

In 2000, Justine transitioned to work as a National and International Event Manager at Colon Cancer Concern from October 2000 to March 2003. Justine also worked simultaneously as a Freelance Event Director and Manager from April 2003 to December 2009, gaining valuable experience in event management.

Justine then worked as a Course Director and Senior Lecturer at Fitzwilliam Institute from January 2007 to February 2011. Justine further enhanced their expertise in the event industry by co-founding and serving as Director of The Event Academy from February 2011 to August 2019. The Event Academy specialized in event and soft skills training, both in-person and online and was CIM accredited.

Building upon their entrepreneurial skills, Justine co-founded and served as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Event Talent Agency from January 2018 to February 2020. During this time, they established and managed a successful talent agency for events.

Justine then transitioned to a role as a Consultant at JCK Consultancy from March 2020 to March 2022, where they provided consultancy services in their areas of expertise.

Following this, Justine served as the Social Impact Director for Europe at Give To Get from April 2022 to February 2023, where they focused on driving positive social change in Europe.

Justine's current role is as Chief of Staff at Breakthrough Global, where they began in March 2023. In this role, they provide strategic support and ensures the smooth functioning of the organization.
