Abighail Castro-Munoz

Abighail Castro-Munoz is a dedicated Physical Therapist with extensive experience in rehabilitation. Currently serving at BreakThrough Physical Therapy since June 2022, Abighail previously held the position of Director of Rehabilitation while also practicing as a Physical Therapist at Broad River Rehab from August 2017 to May 2022. Earlier roles included Physical Therapist positions at THERAPEUTIC DESTINATIONS, Cape Fear Orthopedics & Sport Medicine, and Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland, spanning from January 2012 to July 2017.
