Daniel D'Orazi has a solid background in the real estate industry, with a focus on investments and acquisitions. Daniel began their career in 2006 as part of the Operations team at the Oakland Athletics Baseball Company. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at The Concord Group, LLC Real Estate Advisors as a Manager, providing strategic advice to clients in various sectors. In 2013, D'Orazi joined BioMed Realty, where they held multiple roles over six years, including Senior Director of Investments and Director of Investments. In 2019, they moved to Breakthrough Properties, where they have served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, responsible for leading investment strategies and overseeing acquisitions.
Daniel D'Orazi obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Gonzaga University, attending from 2002 to 2006. Daniel then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate and Finance at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, from 2011 to 2013.
