Christian Joaquin

Christian Joaquin is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in user experience and accessibility. Currently serving as Research Manager at Breakthrough Research since May 2021, Christian previously held roles as Research Associate and Demoist Accessibility Coordinator at Ubisoft, where responsibilities included onboarding clients on inclusive gameplay and gathering feedback during remote gameplay demonstrations. At PAR-D, as a Research Assistant, Christian conducted studies focused on the aging population and technology engagement, collaborating with developers on mobile application inclusivity. Christian's earlier experience includes work as a User Experience Researcher at IntersectLA, where qualitative and quantitative research methodologies were employed to enhance client product usability. Additionally, Christian acted as an Accessibility Advocate for Teach Access, facilitating discussions on universal design with industry leaders. Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
