Carol Tinsley

Carol Tinsley currently serves as a Board Member and Development Committee Chair at Breakthrough Silicon Valley since May 2023, focusing on educational equity. Tinsley is also the Treasurer for the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce, a role held since July 2019, and previously served as Director of Fundraising at LGHS New Millennium Foundation from June 2018 to June 2023, aiming to enrich student education. Additionally, Tinsley was the VP of Philanthropy at the NCL Saratoga-Los Gatos Chapter from 2015 to June 2017 and held various treasurer and board positions within the Los Gatos Union School District from 2004 to 2014. Tinsley's professional background includes pension consulting and administration roles with Trustar Retirement Services, Metro Benefits, Inc., Hewitt Associates, and a legal assistant position at Texas Instruments. Tinsley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas.
