Breakthrough T1D
Sarah McAlpine, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Fundraising Stewardship Communications at Breakthrough T1D, leading initiatives for a prominent organization focused on type 1 diabetes research and advocacy. Previously, Sarah was an Account Executive at Ovrture, implementing client engagement strategies for nonprofit organizations. Prior experience includes roles such as Donor Relations Manager at Amherst College, where Sarah pioneered a digital stewardship platform, and Interim Program Director for Voices from Inside, empowering women in the community. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Baylor University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics and Computational Social Science at UMass Amherst.
