Mat Fitzgerald is an accomplished IT and transformation leader, currently serving as the Director of IT and Transformation at Breakthrough Victoria since July 2021, while also holding the position of Senior Operations Manager. Fitzgerald contributes to various organizations, including serving as a Committee Member on the Digital Advisory Committee for Breast Cancer Network Australia and as Director at Connected Communities Melbourne. With extensive experience in management roles at the Victorian Department of Health, including COVID-19 Manager for Workforce Deployment, Fitzgerald has demonstrated expertise in innovation and organizational improvement. Additionally, involvement as a National Panel Judge for iAwards Australia showcases a commitment to public sector and government innovation.
