Rebecca Jennings currently serves as the Director of People at Breakthrough Victoria, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of HRM systems, providing strategic direction to the Executive Leadership Team, and shaping company culture. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Principal Advisor in Organisational Transformation at the Victorian Department of Health, focusing on organisational design and restructure programs. Earlier experience includes freelance writing roles and positions at UCB, where Rebecca advanced through various HR roles, culminating as Talent Partner for the Pacific-Rim, all while enhancing HR practices across the Asia-Pacific region. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing/Communications from Victoria University.
