Msol Erin Dallas-Patch

Erin Dallas-Patch, MSOL, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Erin currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities since May 2022, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager from February 2021 to May 2022.

Prior to their role at Cedarcrest Center, Erin worked at Keene State College as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach from April 2019 to April 2023.

Before joining Keene State College, Erin served as the Human Resources Manager at JAFFREY REHABILITATION AND NURSING CENTER LLC from March 2020 to February 2021. Erin also worked at SAU 29 as a Human Resource Coordinator from September 2014 to March 2020.

Erin's experience includes a role as a Supply Chain and Transportation Analyst at ES3 from April 2013 to September 2014. Erin also worked at C&S Wholesale Grocers, first as an Associate Demand Planner from December 2010 to December 2011, followed by a role as a Demand Planning Analyst from December 2011 to April 2013.

Erin'searliest work experience was at Target, where they served as a Retail Salesworker from April 2005 to January 2011. Overall, Erin brings a strong background in human resources management, coaching, and demand planning to their current position as Human Resources Director.

Erin Dallas-Patch earned a Master of Organizational Leadership degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Southern New Hampshire University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Keene State College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their education, Erin Dallas-Patch obtained certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Erin obtained the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in August 2023, and also became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in February 2023.
