Erin Dallas-Patch, MSOL, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Erin currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities since May 2022, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager from February 2021 to May 2022.

Prior to their role at Cedarcrest Center, Erin worked at Keene State College as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach from April 2019 to April 2023.

Erin Dallas-Patch earned a Master of Organizational Leadership degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Southern New Hampshire University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Keene State College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.

We offer exceptional medical care and education in a warm, nurturing, home-like setting for children with high risk medical conditions and significant disabilities, including children who require high-tech medical support. As the only intermediate care facility in New Hampshire serving children exclusively and the state’s principal provider of post-acute medical care for children under three years of age, our core service is residential care (one month up to several years). We also offer a range of options to meet the needs of families who care for their medically fragile children at home, including short-term residential stays (less than one month) and a day education program,
