Carrie Bach is the current VP of Business Development at Breakthru. Carrie has extensive experience in the beverage industry, having served as Sales Director at Diageo and Senior Marketing Manager at Sara Lee. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at Kellogg Company. Carrie has a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. Carrie is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and profitability.

Carrie Bach pursued a business education, earning their MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with a focus in marketing and management. Carrie also holds a BBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with a focus in marketing. In addition, Carrie has completed executive education courses at Columbia Business School, including a Women in Leadership certificate.
