Linda Robertson

Linda Robertson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent and People Analytics at Breakthru Beverage Group, a role held since October 2011, where a diverse range of senior leadership positions in human resources has been undertaken, including HR Organizational Effectiveness, HR Transformation, and HR Integration. Prior experience includes roles at US Pharmacopeia from August 2007 to October 2011, where Linda worked as Learning Manager and Senior Training and OD Administrator, and at Macro International as an Organizational Development Specialist from July 2001 to August 2007. Linda holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
