Michelle Weaver

Michelle Weaver (Ried) has extensive experience in commercial analytics and insights, currently serving as the Senior Director at Breakthru Beverage Group. Previous roles include Director of Analytics for National Accounts and Director of Analytics and Business Management in Colorado at the same company. Prior to their work in the beverage industry, Michelle held positions as the Executive Education Student Event Coordinator at the University of Colorado at Boulder and as a Student Assistant at the Leeds School of Business. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed an Executive Education program in Women in Leadership at Columbia Business School in 2020.
