Caitlin Garrett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caitlin currently holds the role of Executive Vice President, Client Service and Operations at Breaktime Media since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Client Services from October 2020. Caitlin has held several other positions at Breaktime Media, including Group Director, Client Service and Account Director. In these roles, they focused on delivering engaging content to a large audience and managing client relationships. Before joining Breaktime Media, Caitlin worked at TechTarget as a Client Consulting Manager and Client Manager. Caitlin also has experience in the non-profit sector, having served as an Advisor at Soccer1, a start-up non-profit organization. Additionally, Caitlin gained marketing and PR experience as a Marketing and PR Intern at the Grand Rapids Children's Museum and as an Assistant Manager at White House/Black Market.

Caitlin Garrett attended Grand Valley State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BBA degree in Marketing. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at Saline High School.
