Jodi Sutley

Jodi Sutley, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in recruiting and human resources roles. Jodi started as an Intern at the City of Charleston in 2009 and worked their way up to positions such as Recruiter at TaxTalent and Operations Manager at Allied Reliability. Currently, they are the Director of Recruiting at Cultivate Advisors and breakwater accounting + advisory corp, focusing on helping businesses grow by finding top talent. Jodi'sexperience includes managing staff, building client relationships, and creating training programs.

Jodi Sutley, SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Historic Preservation & Community Planning and Spanish from the College of Charleston in 2008. Jodi also obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2018.
