Varsha Vaishnav

Varsha Vaishnav has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. In 2014, they served as the Manager and Corporate Head at the Society for Civil and Environmental Engineers, DTU. From 2015 to 2016, they were the President at IYSERT DTU. In 2016, they joined 91springboard and initially worked as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, where they oversaw end-to-end execution of recruitment strategies. Later, they became the Head of Talent Acquisition, leading the team in strategizing and executing recruitment processes across verticals. In 2019, Varsha joined Farida Gupta as the Head of Customer Experience & Operations, managing end-to-end operations and focusing on improving customer processes. Varsha then worked as a Consultant at WhiteHat Jr from June to November 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Breathe Well-being, where they manage a team across recruitment and people operations to enhance the standards of care delivered. Varsha has a strong understanding of business requirements and has experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting growth.

Varsha Vaishnav attended Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute in Subroto Park, Delhi Cantt from 2009 to 2011. After completing their schooling, they enrolled at Delhi Technological University (formerly known as DCE) from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree.
