Natalie Bate

Natalie Bate is an experienced Partner Account Manager at Breathe since October 2019, with a prior decade-long tenure at Specsavers, where roles included Store Manager, Training Manager, Dispensing Manager, and Dispensing Optician. In the role of Training Manager, Natalie was responsible for onboarding and training new staff, while as Store Manager, led the team in daily operations and managed complex situations. As Dispensing Manager, responsibilities included managing a team, ensuring quality control, and developing standard operating procedures. Natalie is a qualified Dispensing Optician, holding a Fellowship Diploma of Dispensing from the Association of British Dispensing Opticians and a comprehensive educational background including GCSEs from Steyning Grammar School.
