Kevin Hopkins

Kevin Hopkins has diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industries. Kevin currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Development at Breckenridge Grand Vacations since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vail Resorts Development Company as the Director of Real Estate Development from August 2021 to November 2022, and as a Principal Analyst, Real Estate from June 2015 to July 2021. Before joining Vail Resorts, Kevin served as the Finance Director at EverWest Real Estate Partners, LLC from June 2014 to May 2015. Kevin also worked at Vail Resorts as a Senior Finance Manager from March 2011 to May 2014, and as a Senior Financial Analyst from June 2008 to March 2011. Kevin's earlier experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Intrawest from November 2004 to June 2008, and as a Senior Legislative Auditor at the Colorado Office of the State Auditor from September 2001 to October 2004.

Kevin Hopkins attended Cherry Creek High School, although the specific start and end years are unknown. After completing high school, they enrolled in Bucknell University from 1994 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Later, they pursued further education at the University of California, Davis from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Economics.
