Erika Smull

Erika Smull, PhD, is a Municipal Credit Analyst at Breckinridge Capital Advisors. Erika previously served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment and worked as a Water Resources Engineer at Otak. Erika holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences & Policy from Duke University, an M.S. in Water Resources Engineering from Colorado State University, and a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State.
