Rachel Siah

Rachel Siah is a seasoned professional in research and financial analysis, currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst for Custom Solutions at IDC since July 2024. Rachel's previous roles include Associate and Analyst at YCP Solidiance from November 2022 to July 2024, and Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategy at Carsome for a brief period in early 2022. Prior to these positions, Rachel gained valuable experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in Priority Banking and a Management Associate at Hong Leong Bank Berhad from April 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing commercial accounts and leading various analytics projects. Rachel initiated significant projects leveraging Natural Language Processing and customer sentiment analysis to inform strategic decisions.
