David Sweeney

David Sweeney has extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, starting in 2000 with Saint-Gobain Building Distribution as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst. David then moved on to roles at ATS Euromaster and Magna International before their most recent position as Head of Compensation & Benefits at Breedon Group plc. Additionally, they worked as a Reward Manager on an interim basis at National Grid in 2018. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in developing and managing compensation packages, conducting salary surveys, and enhancing employee benefits schemes.

David Sweeney completed a BSC in Business Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire in 2000. David later obtained a CIPD in Personnel Management from Coventry University between 2002 and 2005.
