Rachel Sapstead

Rachel Sapstead is a professional with extensive experience in health, safety, wellbeing, and sustainability management. Currently serving as the Group Health, Safety & Wellbeing Systems and Projects Manager and Environment & Systems Manager at Breedon Group plc since January 2022, Rachel previously held the role of Sustainability Data Manager at Hanson UK from December 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included the maintenance and development of integrated management systems and overseeing sustainability data collection. Earlier, Rachel worked as a Data Analyst and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Leicester, following the completion of a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and a Master of Chemistry in Chemistry with Forensic Science from the same institution.
