Victoria Tinsley

Victoria Tinsley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Group Employee Relations Lead at Breedon Group plc, Victoria provides strategic and operational advice on employee relations matters while developing a commercially-aligned ER framework. Previous roles include Employee Relations Manager at Wilko, where Victoria played a key role in aligning HR policies with commercial objectives, and Interim Senior HR Business Partner at thyssenkrupp. Victoria's career also encompasses leadership positions at Project Solar UK, Terex Corporation, and Gunnebo, along with a strong foundation in employment law consultancy from a tenure at Croner.
