Helen Dudgeon has a wealth of experience in marketing and communications, having worked in various roles since 2001. Helen began their career as a Flight Attendant for TUI UK. In 2004, they worked as a Sales Coordinator for Chanel Australia. From 2005-2008, they worked at the Cancer Council NSW in various roles, including Public Relations Coordinator, Event Marketing Manager for Daffodil Day, and National Events Marketing Manager. In 2008, they moved to the National Centre in HIV Epidemiology & Clinical Research as an Assistant to the Deputy Director. From 2010-2015, they worked as a Freelance Marketing & Insights Manager. From 2016-2022, they worked at Chwarae Teg as a Marketing Lead and Marketing Partner - Planning and Analytics. In 2022, they began working as a Project Copywriter for Breef.

Helen Dudgeon has a diverse educational background. Helen obtained a BA(Hons) 2:1 in Drama from Aberystwyth University between 1995 and 1998. Helen then went on to obtain an MA in Theatre, Film & Television Studies from the same university between 1998 and 2000. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Direct Marketing from ADMA. From 2010 to 2013, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney, with a focus on Marketing Research (HD), Consumer Behaviour (HD), Marketing Management (D), and Marketing Strategy (D). Most recently, in 2019, Helen obtained the ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management from Swansea University, with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
