Amir Nasruddin has a strong background in aviation and technical operations. Amir is currently serving as the Vice President of Technical Operations & Fleet Programs at Breeze Airways since 2017. Prior to this role, they worked at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras as the Director of Aircraft Programs, Fleet Technical, International Contracts & Procurement from 2014 to 2019. Before that, they were the Founder & Vice President of Operations at MODERN Logistics from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Amir has held various positions at Azul Linhas Aereas Brasileiras and JetBlue Airways, where they gained extensive experience in fleet management, operations planning, technical support, and engineering. Amir also worked at US Airways as an Engineering Manager / Principal Engineer from 1992 to 1999. Throughout their career, Amir has demonstrated expertise in optimizing fleet performance, improving safety, and implementing process improvements.
Amir Nasruddin studied Mechanical Engineering at Pratt Institute from 1984 to 1986, earning a BSME degree. Prior to that, they attended the College of Aeronautics from 1978 to 1980, specializing in Aircraft Design and obtaining an AAS degree.
