Dina Siclovan is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operational leadership within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent at Breeze Airways™ since August 2022, Siclovan leads various recruitment teams and implements innovative strategies to attract top talent while fostering a culture of excellence. Previously, at Mesa Airlines, Inc., Siclovan held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Manager, Technical Administration & Recruiting, overseeing contract management and compliance, in addition to heading Technical Operations Recruitment and managing the full recruitment cycle for pivotal departments. Siclovan holds a Master's degree in Global Technology and Development from Arizona State University and a degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Northern Arizona University.
