Jessica Sun

Jessica Sun is currently serving as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Bregal Investments. Prior to that, Jessica worked as a Microfinance Fellow at Kiva, focusing on the Central Asia & Eastern Europe portfolio. Jessica also has experience as a Corporate & Securities Associate at Dechert LLP, with a focus on M&A and finance transactions. Jessica holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Psychology, English Language, and Literature from the University of Michigan. In addition, Jessica has a background as a Gender Rights Legal Intern at the Legal Assistance Centre.
