Roger Huang

Roger Huang is a Partner at Bregal Investments, overseeing the US private equity team at an international firm managing over €18 billion in assets. Prior to this role, Roger founded Crestone Peak Resources and served as Chief Strategy & Development Officer, culminating in a $4.5 billion merger that formed Civitas. Roger also held a significant position as Principal in Private Investments at the CPP Investment Board, where a new group was established that grew to C$7 billion in assets under management. Previous experience includes Vice President at First Reserve Corporation, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region, and investment roles at Bank of America Securities. Roger holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BBA with High Honors in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
