Sean Lenahan

Sean Lenahan is an accomplished operating partner with extensive experience in private equity and management consulting. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Bregal Sagemount since August 2024, Sean focuses on partnering with leading founders and CEOs to drive growth and enhance performance within portfolio companies. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Riverside Company, where Sean held the title of Operating Partner and Chairman of the Board, overseeing a $15 billion AUM fund and transforming businesses across various sectors. Previous roles encompass Principal at Regent Equity, CEO at Pegasus Solutions, and several positions in management consulting and investment banking at Deloitte, Lazard, and Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, Sean served as a Captain in the United States Air Force and holds an MBA from The Wharton School along with a B.S. in Astronautical Engineering and Mathematics from the United States Air Force Academy.
