Nadja Sirotkina

Nadja Sirotkina is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational consultancy, currently serving as the Lead Rewards and Performance at BREITLING since December 2022. In addition to managing rewards, Nadja operates as a founder and organizational consultant and career coach at Globe up since March 2020. Previous roles include Culture & People Lead at Mesto and senior HR positions at Carlsberg Group, where responsibilities spanned capability and talent management within the global supply chain. Nadja holds a Master of Business Administration from Kingston University and a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from Saint Petersburg State University of Refrigeration and Food Engineering, complemented by a coaching certification from the International Coach Academy.
