Markus Bengts began their career in 2004 as a Lecturer and Assistant at the University of Jyväskylä. In 2005, they joined Starnet Systems as a Web Developer and Team Leader, where they were responsible for UI design and web application development with Ruby on Rails, MySQL and Prototype. In 2007, they founded and worked as a Software Developer at 27 Crags, where they developed web applications with Ruby on Rails, MySQL and jQuery, and cloud deployments with breeze. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at both Onesto Services and Qvantel. Finally, in 2017, they joined Brella as a Senior Software Developer.
Markus Bengts attended the University of Jyväskylä from 1998 to 2004 where they obtained an MSc (econ) in Information Systems.
