Prior experience includes managing project budgets and streamlining operations for several NGOs, offering expert investment advice on sustainable development projects, and overseeing corporate finance operations at Vietnam Development Bank. Huong's educational background includes an MBA in Public Administration and Policy Analysis, supplemented by various training programs focused on investment, export promotion, and finance.
