Elizabeth M. Deane

Ms. Deane is an Associate Attorney practicing out of the firm’s Las Vegas office. Her focus is on general liability and personal injury matters.

Ms. Deane graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine in June 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in criminology and behavioral psychology. She went on to graduate cum laude from Chapman University School of Law in May 2010 and was admitted to practice after passing the July 2010 California Bar Examination. While in law school, Ms. Deane’s student article was published in the Chapman Law Review’s Fall 2009 issue. While practicing in California, Ms. Deane spent some time in family law and insurance litigation but focused primarily on elder abuse litigation.

Ms. Deane relocated to Nevada in 2014, and, prior to joining Bremer Whyte, Ms. Deane practiced for a small firm where she litigated a multitude of cases involving personal injury matters, elder abuse litigation, breach of contract, real estate disputes, family law matters, and criminal defense work.

Ms. Deane is licensed to practice before all courts in both Nevada and California and in the United States District Courts for the District of Nevada and Central District of California.
