Melissa Ingleby

Ms. Ingleby is originally from Atwater, California. Ms. Ingleby attended Berry College in Mt. Berry, Georgia where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Ms. Ingleby then obtained a Masters in Criminal Justice from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. Ms. Ingleby received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Ms. Ingleby practiced in the areas of transactional law, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense litigation focused on premises liability and personal injury.

Ms. Ingleby has litigated cases before Nevada state and federal courts. Her varied background provides her with the ability to quickly analyze legal and factual issues, identify strategies that will advance her client’s position, and properly position matters for trial. Ms. Ingleby is an aggressive adversary with an established record of success.
