Shelly Mosallaei is an associate attorney based in the Los Angeles office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, where she represents individuals and businesses in a variety of litigation areas.
Ms. Mosallaei graduated from California State University Northridge, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Law in 2013. During her time at CSUN, Ms. Mosallaei served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Management Association of CSUN.
In 2017, Ms. Mosallaei earned her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. While at Southwestern, Ms. Mosallaei dedicated over 75 hours of pro bono legal services through the Public Service Program. Ms. Mosallaei was involved in summer externships for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the white-collar crime division, Occidental College’s Title IX Department, and the legal department at Forever 21. In addition, Ms. Mosallaei was the recipient of the Witkin Award for Excellence in her Alternative Dispute Resolution course and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her Practical Lawyering Skills, Constitutional Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution course.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte, Ms. Mosallaei gained valuable litigation experience working for a widely recognized law firm that specialized in representing consumers in bankruptcy, probate, and general civil litigation matters.
Ms. Mosallaei is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District and Eastern District of California.
When Shelly is not at the office, she is either hiking, cooking, or spending time with family and friends.
