Maddie Birky

Maddie Birky is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law, currently serving as a Senior Paralegal for the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) since September 2021, where Maddie was promoted within the Mentorship Project. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Specialist focused on vulnerable populations at CLINIC, and Immigration Paralegal positions at Clark Hill Law and the Law Office of S. Alexander Miller. Earlier experience as a Paralegal at the National Immigrant Justice Center involved interviewing clients, preparing legal documents, and providing translation services. Maddie also worked as a medical interpreter at Goshen Health and held various positions while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Spanish from Goshen College, including serving as Editor in Chief for the campus newspaper.
