Derk van der Have

Derk van der Have has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. In 2007, they were a Hockey Player for the Dutch National Squad under 18 at KNHB. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Manager and Courier at Bavaria Beer Delivery Service (Bavaria Bierkoerier) in Groningen, where they managed a company with revenue of €600,000 a year. In 2016, they interned at HEINEKEN in the Global Commerce Innovation department. Derk is currently the Founder & CEO of Brenger, where they connect bulky goods transports to the routes of couriers. Their mission is to optimize the space of every van on the road.

Derk van der Have completed their secondary education at Stedelijk Gymnasium Breda from 2003 to 2009. Derk then spent a year in Spain and Argentina before beginning their undergraduate studies at the University of Groningen, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from 2010 to 2014. Derk then completed their Master's degree in International Political Economy at the University of Groningen from 2014 to 2016.
